1. Great class! I knew 85% of this expressions but some of these are new for me as VOC, SME, LTV, GDP, FMCG and FTE…this lat one forsure will be useful to me as HR Manager.

      – of these expressions (as “these’ is the plural form of “this”)
      – some of them are new for me, like VOC…
      – last one
      – will for sure be useful

   I would like show some acronyms common and my area and role:

   STAR – Settings, Tasks, Achievements and Results (it is a performance analysis method by HR software)

   PDI – Pre Delivery Inspection (it is a procedure about check list in the equipment pre sales)

   MEWP – Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (it means the kind of vertical maneuverable access equipment)
