Yes, I observed unspoken rules in my second job as well. Unfortunately, the environment was challenging, and my difficulty in understanding or navigating the rules contributed to my decision to leave the position. At that time, I felt like an outsider because I chose not to play what I perceived to be an unfair game.

Thanks to Outliers Academy, I now have a much better understanding of how to navigate real-world business environments. I am already applying this knowledge and putting into practice the advice shared in the video—especially regarding visibility, communication, and professional positioning at work.

Throughout my career I has many good opportunities that maked me grow as a proffisional. I unserstood that building relationships could brings me promotion and it happened.
What I didn’t realized that why actually that I do have more experience thinks could change? And than I started been an outsider and I was not paying attention in unspoken rules. After whatching this vídeo it is very clear that I need to put myself out there at work and ask for a feedback .

Nowadays, is more clear to observed the unspoken rules that make me to go to the next level. I think be a observed, study, play hard and wait to the oportunities are de rules tha make me feel different. I like SO MUCH about de questions (why, what, how and by when), its say a lot off important solutions for the “problems” and, open our minds to see clear de oportunities.
