I’ve seen this happen before, and it’s interesting how fast an idea can travel around the office. When using this strategy, we just need to be careful about who we’re communicating the idea to and how we present our conclusions.

Another strategy that I’ve noticed before is when a leader reserve a day to brainstorm about an important decision with the team, but the leader already knows what to do. He just wants to everyone get to the same conclusion, because it’s not an easy path.
