Sometimes I believe it is important to review the as-is process and it must involve the team members to identify where improvements are needed. The teams members can help the manager will describe how the to-be new process.
This terms are those English terms that we incorporate in business language in Portuguese too. I work in a project team and we use this terms to refer to project documentations.
Really, this Ho’s tip is very important, but many times it is not observed in the companies, resulting in many difficults on improvement projects.
Just some considerations below:
– These English terms are the ones that…
– these terms (as “these” is the plural of “this”, ok?)
– Indeed, Ho’s tip is very important
– difficulties
The finance team took issue with the as-is budget model and proposed a to-be version that improves cost control and forecasting accuracy.
I had never heard of the expression as-is and to-be. Thank you, Ho!
